The module
QuizSyncCM has evolved beyond an external testing connection. The current implementation brings authoring, taking, grading, reporting, and certificates into InterventionPro.
Create, label, search, and reuse questions across quizzes. Keep completed attempts tied to the questions people actually saw.
Use branching scenarios, video checkpoints, and image interactions to assess choices in context, with accessible alternatives.
Let participants review and submit a selected video response. A person grades the answer; AI transcript and summary support the review.
Award points and comments in the grading queue. Written responses are fully marked before the attempt’s result is released.
Use assigned quizzes, public links, and supported embeds, with configurable timing, attempt limits, and entry controls.
Review distributions and question-level signals, connect completion to training records, and issue verifiable certificates when configured.

NO ACCOUNT · NO EMAIL · USE WITH ANY PROCESSWhich section number contains the policy?
A colleague gives you this sample situation. Which action should you take first, what in the provided policy supports it, and what information would change your decision?
Write down what a passing result should prove. Focus each assessment on a job requirement, policy, procedure, or certification outcome.
List the topics, their importance, and the number of questions each deserves. This prevents one easy topic from dominating the exam.
Avoid trick wording, unnecessary negatives, and answer choices that reveal the correct response. Test knowledge—not reading endurance.
Base the passing score on risk, required competence, and your governing policy. Document why the threshold is appropriate.
Look for questions most people miss. A weak item may reveal confusing training, an outdated policy, or a poorly written question.

If knowledge will not change a decision or action, it probably does not belong on the assessment.
A single fixed question order makes answer sharing easier and reduces confidence in the result.
A question missed by nearly everyone may be measuring confusing wording instead of knowledge.
Looking ahead
These items describe future work for QuizSyncCM. Planned features, draft proposals, and deferred ideas are identified separately.
Periodic exam snapshots remain deferred to a future release. They are separate from participant-submitted video answers.
The AccreditPath roadmap would link quiz and training completion records to standards as supporting evidence.
Agency-approved personal agents would be able to retrieve permitted quiz results and training context through the broader platform roadmap.
AccreditPath would connect standards, dated assessment cycles, assignments, and version-specific proofs from policies, quizzes, qualifications, and completed checklists. Its roadmap includes self-assessment, time-limited assessor access, reporting, edition crosswalks, and AI evidence suggestions for human review.
Connect an agency-approved personal AI agent to permitted platform information. The planned design includes expiring access, scoped permissions, useful answer tools, human-reviewed proposals, optional limited actions, event updates, exports, and agency oversight.
Roadmap reviewed September 7, 2026. Planned features have no committed release date. Availability of implemented features depends on enabled modules, permissions, configuration, and rollout. The wider platform roadmap also covers shared messaging, team workflows, reporting, notifications, and record migration.
Straight answers
Start with the decision someone must make, then build questions that require applying the relevant policy. Review ambiguous questions and weak distractors after the test.
The current implementation is an in-house rebuild. Historical ClassMarker results are retained as score-only records when individual answers were never supplied.
A person grades the response. Transcript and summary tools can help the reviewer; the recording itself is not automatically treated as a performance score.
A result shows performance on that assessment. Combine it with observation, practical exercises, and the training evidence appropriate to your program.
